🎯 Key Responsibilities:

🛍 Sales:

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers with their jewelry needs

• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products (gold, diamond, silver)

• Explain product details like purity, weight, pricing, hallmarking, and offers

• Build rapport and ensure customer satisfaction for repeat business

• Maintain proper display and stock arrangement in counters

💳 Billing:

• Generate accurate invoices using POS or billing software (Tally/Gold billing systems)

• Apply correct gold rate, taxes, and discounts

• Handle payments – cash, card, UPI, bank transfer

• Maintain daily billing records and reports

• Coordinate with finance/accounts team for billing accuracy and stock updates

✅ Candidate Requirements:

• Gender: Male (as per role requirement)

• Location Preference: Based in or willing to relocate to Erode

• Education: Minimum +2 / Degree (Commerce background preferred)

• Experience: 1–3 years in jewelry or retail sales and billing

• Language Skills: Tamil (mandatory), English/Hindi (added advantage)

• Software: Familiarity with Tally, Excel, or Jewelry Billing Software
