Work with the operations and installation teams to gather product or pricing information.
Ensure smooth communication between departments for timely responses to customers.
5. Product Knowledge Assistance
Learn and understand the company’s products/services to answer basic customer queries.
Share brochures, product details, and samples when required.
6. Follow-Up & Tracking
Track leads from inquiry to closure and update status regularly.
Remind customers about pending quotations, payments, or documentation.
7. Market & Competitor Updates
Collect and share basic insights on competitor pricing and market trends with the senior sales team.
8. Administrative Tasks
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
Assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and organizing files.
9. Customer Support
Provide post-sales support by coordinating with customers for installation dates, sample dispatch, etc.
