Built and nurtured client relationships through consultative conversations, understanding financial goals and risk comfort before recommending solutions. Guided clients through Demat account onboarding, simplifying KYC and ensuring a smooth setup experience. Provided need-based investment advisory, explaining equity options in a clear, customer-friendly way to support informed decision-making. Promote trading accounts and investment products offered by the company. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and financial discussions. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Resolve client queries and ensure smooth trading experience. Achieve monthly/quarterly brokerage and revenue targets.
