Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales & marketing team.
Set targets, assign tasks, and track team performance.
Coordinate daily and weekly sales activities and follow‑ups.
Monitor lead pipelines and ensure effective lead conversion.
Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
Maintain and improve sales processes and customer engagement strategies.
Prepare reports on targets, results, and team progress for management.
Resolve team issues and support cross‑department coordination.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or team supervision.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to drive results and manage a high‑performing team.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting preferred.
