Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Understand clients' financial goals and suggest suitable products (Equity, F&O, Mutual Funds, SIPs, etc.).

• Cross-sell financial products and services to maximize wallet share.

• Generate new business through references, networking, and cold calling.

• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and handle client queries promptly.

• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory norms.

• Track and achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs on a monthly/quarterly basis.

• Provide regular updates and reports to the team lead/manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Finance background preferred).

• NISM Certifications (Series VIII: Equity Derivatives, Series V-A: Mutual Funds) preferred or must be completed within 3 months of joining.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in financial services, broking, or relationship management.

• Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.

• Goal-oriented with a strong sales mindset.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
