Job Description

Job Title: Presales Executive – Commercial Office & Co-Working Spaces (Lead Servicing)Department:Sales & Marketing – Commercial Real Estate & Co-Working SpacesLocation : BKC – (Bandra Kurla Complex), Mumbai The Presales Executive will be responsible for handling and servicing incoming leads for commercial office spaces and co-working spaces for an esteemed organization located at BKC. Orientation and training will be provided to candidates, with payroll for the 6-month probation period being managed through a third-party payroll.Key Responsibilities : I. Lead Management & Servicing: • Qualify inbound leads for commercial office spaces or co-working spaces based on client needs, budget, timelines, and business type• Engage leads promptly via phone, email, or chat, responding to queries and providing tailored information about the available properties, floor plans, pricing, and benefits• Document lead details and interaction histories in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and consistency• Nurture and manage leads through follow-ups and provide periodic updates on available spaces, special offers, or new projects• Pre-qualify leads to identify those ready for a site visit or deeper consultation and hand them over to the sales teamII. Client Interaction & Support: • Provide detailed information on commercial offices and co-working spaces, including amenities, flexible lease options, services, and pricing• Understand client requirements (e.g., space size, lease duration, specific amenities) and guide them through suitable options• Arrange site visits or virtual tours for prospective clients, coordinating with the property management or sales team for smooth operations• Follow-up regularly post-site visit or interaction to gauge interest, answer questions, and keep the prospect engaged• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction, acting as the first point of contact and creating a positive experience throughout the presales processIII. Client Interaction & Support: • Work closely with the Marketing & Sales team, ensuring smooth transition of leads who are ready for a deeper sales conversation or site visit• Coordinate with Marketing team to feedback on lead quality and lead nurturing strategies, suggesting content or campaigns to better target the audience• Collaborate with property management for updated information on available spaces and any changes to amenities, terms, or pricingIV. Reporting & Analytics:• Use Lead Tracker or CRM system and report regularly on lead conversions, drop-offs, and overall performance • Provide feedback on lead quality, conversion rates and opportunities for improvement• Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports on activities, key metrics and client insights to the management Key Skills & Competencies:• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) for engaging with clients and internal teams• Deep understanding of commercial office space, co-working models, and client needs in flexible workspaces• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to influence prospects and generate interest• Customer-centric attitude with a focus on providing tailored solutions• Good organizational and time management skills, with an ability to multitask and meet deadlines• Problem-solving ability, especially in addressing client concerns and facilitating smooth communicationCTC ₹30K to ₹40K per-month (CTC will be paid through Third-Party account on monthly basis, floor manager at working office location
