Legal Associate :-

Hiring for Legal Associate with strong corporate legal experience to manage contracts, compliance, and legal documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and company policies
Ensuring compliance with applicable local and national laws
Maintaining legal records and documentation
Coordinating with external counsel and regulatory authorities
Assisting in litigation follow-ups and court documentation

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate (LLB preferred)
3-4 years of experience in a corporate legal department
Strong knowledge of corporate compliance and contract management
Excellent drafting and communication skills
