Role Summary:
We are looking for a IT Professional to join our team at at Turbonet Systems Private Limited, This Scope of Work defines the role, responsibilities, and expected deliverables for a Operation Team Leader to govern and enhance the efficiency, compliance, and performance of IT Managed Services (ITFMS) across the organization. The Operation Manager will oversee service delivery for ~550 endpoints, a distributed support team of 5 engineers, vendor‑managed firewalls, and governance via the Fresh service ITSM platform.
Key Responsibilities
Own SLA performance for incidents, requests, problems, and changes
Govern Freshservice ticketing, CMDB, reporting, and ticket hygiene
Oversee endpoint patching, antivirus/EDR, OS lifecycle, and asset management
Manage firewall governance (vendor-led upgrades, changes, compliance)
Lead distributed support team and manage vendors
Ensure audit readiness, security compliance, and KPI reporting
Qualifications
Experience in IT operations/service delivery
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (incl. SharePoint) and Freshservice
Preferred: ITIL, Azure, Network/Security certifications
