We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Real Estate Telecaller to generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule site visits for premium residential and commercial projects in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales.

🔶 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential buyers from the fresh data provided.

• Explain project details clearly and confidently.

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable properties.

• Schedule site visits for the sales team.

• Maintain daily call logs and follow-up records.

• Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls, leads, and site visits.

• Build and maintain customer relationships through follow-ups.

🔶 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory; basic English preferred).

• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality.

• Basic understanding of the real estate market (training will be provided).

• Ability to handle objections and convert interest into meetings.

• Minimum 6 months–1 year of telecalling experience (real estate preferred but not mandatory).
