Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Team Leader to manage and grow the Home Loan Sales Team at Loanswale.He/she will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives/loan officers, driving home loan business, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role involves both team management and individual contribution toward business growth.

Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of Home Loan Advisors/Executives
Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
Conduct daily morning briefings and performance review meetings
