Job Summar

We are looking for an enthusiastic and student-focused Academic Counselor to guide learners in choosing the right courses and support them throughout the admission process. The candidate should have strong communication skills, good convincing ability, and a passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals

Roles & Responsibilitie

Counsel students on course options, career paths, and program benefits

Handle walk-ins, telephonic inquiries, and follow-up leads

Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses

Clearly explain course structure, fees, duration, and career outcomes

Maintain accurate student data and update CRM regularly

Achieve monthly enrollment & conversion targets

Assist in the admission process including documentation and onboarding

Build rapport with students and provide an excellent counseling experience

Coordinate with academic & operations teams for smooth student support

Required Skill

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Strong convincing and student-handling ability

Good listening skills and professional attitude

Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity

Ability to work under targets and deadlines

Eligibilit

Experience: 6 months to 2+ years in counseling / sales / academics

Qualification: Any Graduate or Postgraduate

Age: Below 30 years (if required)
