Position Overview
BlackAce Research is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, expanding our client base, and building strong client relationships.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the financial services and stock market research industry, while contributing directly to the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and connect with potential clients through cold calling, emails, social media, and networking.
Client Acquisition:
Build new business relationships and convert leads into long-term clients to strengthen market presence.
Presentations & Demonstrations:
Deliver engaging presentations explaining the value of our stock market research services.
Market Research:
Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and monitor competitor activities.
Sales Pipeline Management:
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure, ensuring a consistent pipeline.
Cross-selling & Upselling:
Promote additional services to both new and existing clients.
Collaboration:
Work closely with Relationship Managers and Research teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update CRM systems regularly.
Skills & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in any field (BBA, BCom, BCA, B.Tech) or related disciplines such as Business, Marketing, or Finance.
Experience:
0–2 years in sales/business development. Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in the stock market are welcome.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication with strong presentation abilities.
Sales Ability:
Strong persuasion skills with a passion for achieving targets.
Financial Knowledge:
Basic understanding of stock market concepts is preferred (not mandatory).
Personal Traits:
Self-driven, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and sales software.
