Job Description

Inside Sales Executive

Indio Networks Pvt Ltd is looking for a proactive and technically savvy Inside Sales Executive to join our team. You'll be the crucial link between sales and technical teams, responsible for qualifying leads, understanding customer needs, and providing technical support during the initial sales process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of our technology, and the ability to work collaboratively to build a strong sales pipeline.

Responsibilities:-

• Lead Generation & Qualification: Actively research and qualify new leads to determine their potential fit and technical requirements.

• Meeting Line-ups: Schedule and coordinate virtual and in-person meetings with qualified leads for the sales and technical teams.

• Technical Consultation: Act as the first point of contact for technical queries, providing information on product features, capabilities, and solutions to potential clients.

• Follow-ups: Nurture leads through consistent and timely follow-ups via email and phone calls, ensuring a smooth handoff to the closing sales team.

• Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and track all presales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the core sales and engineering teams to prepare for client meetings and ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Market Feedback: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback on market trends and customer requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a presales or inside sales role, preferably in the technology, telecommunications, or networking industry.

• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn about new products and technologies.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with wireless networking technologies (e.g., Wi-Fi, 5G) and IoT is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
