Job Description

Business Development Executive – Home Automation (Baner, Pune)

  • Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and networking

  • Meet architects, interior designers, builders, and clients

  • Pitch smart home / home automation solutions

  • Conduct product demos and site visits

  • Handle complete sales cycle (lead → closure)

  • Achieve monthly sales targets

  • Develop and manage dealer/channel partner network

  • Prepare quotations and proposals

  • Coordinate with technical team for installation & support

  • Track market trends and competitor activity

  • Maintain CRM and sales reports

Requirements

  • 1–4 years in sales/business development

  • Preferred: Home automation / electrical / IoT / real estate background

  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
