Job Description

Business Development Executive – Home Automation (Baner, Pune)

Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and networking
Meet architects, interior designers, builders, and clients
Pitch smart home / home automation solutions
Conduct product demos and site visits
Handle complete sales cycle (lead → closure)
Achieve monthly sales targets
Develop and manage dealer/channel partner network
Prepare quotations and proposals
Coordinate with technical team for installation & support
Track market trends and competitor activity
Maintain CRM and sales reports

Requirements

1–4 years in sales/business development
Preferred: Home automation / electrical / IoT / real estate background
Strong communication & negotiation skills
