We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Outbound Sales Executive to promote and sell Personal Loan products for our NBFC. The candidate will be responsible for lead conversion, customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases

Explain Personal Loan features, benefits, interest rates, and eligibility

Generate leads and convert them into successful disbursements

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products

Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups in CRM systems

Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations) for smooth processing

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
