Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven professional to lead our diagnostic lab partnership program across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing a network of partner labs across India to enable smooth and timely sample processing for our diagnostic services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and tie-up with regional diagnostic labs (NABL/ICMR accredited) for sample processing across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities.

• Build a robust PAN India network of partner labs to support growing sample volumes.

• Conduct due diligence, negotiate MoUs/agreements, and manage onboarding of labs.

• Coordinate operational processes including logistics, sample handover protocols, TAT, and digital reporting integration.

• Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and regulatory standards.

• Act as a single point of contact between docOPD operations and lab partners.

• Track performance metrics, ensure SLAs are met, and resolve partner issues proactively.

• Work closely with internal teams (Tech, Logistics, Quality) to streamline sample routing and partner engagement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in healthcare diagnostics, lab operations, or B2B tie-ups.

• Strong understanding of lab processes, logistics, and diagnostic standards.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Willingness to travel across regions for partner acquisition and audits.

• Self-motivated and able to drive outcomes independently.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
