Role Summary:

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support home loan sourcing, documentation, and disbursement. Represent SHDFC at field level, ensure high service quality, and drive sales growth through client engagement and local partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer acquisition through field visits, group meetings, and site promotions

Recommend suitable home loan products and solutions

Handle walk-ins and in-branch customer queries

Manage loan documentation and disbursement process

Drive collections efficiency as per company guidelines

Support digital initiatives in sales and operations

Execute branding and marketing activities in the catchment

Develop and manage DSA/Builder/Broker relationships

Ensure compliance with SHDFC policies and ethical practices

Maintain accurate customer and transaction records

Skills Required:

Strong interpersonal & communication skills (English, Hindi, Regional)

Customer-centric approach & problem-solving ability

Proficiency in MS Office & web-based systems

Sales orientation with local market knowledge
