We are looking for energetic motivated, and result-oriented Team Leader - B2B Sales (with 2+ Year’s experience in team handling – B2B inside sales) to join our Business Development team . You will be responsible to handle a team for cold calling, lead generation, converting them into prospects, and connecting with potential startup founders and business owners, explaining our services (such as GST, company registration, trademark, legal compliance), and converting leads into paying clients.

• Minimum education – Graduation
• 2 Years of full-time work experience in Team Handling
Responsibilities:
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of B2B Inside Sales Executives to achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Attend and conduct client meetings virtually with professionalism and confidence.
• Monitor and track daily calling activities, lead generation, and conversion metrics to ensure team productivity.
• Provide regular training, coaching, and performance feedback to enhance team skills and effectiveness.
• Guide team members in identifying prospects, qualifying leads, and pitching company services effectively.
Skills Required:
• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English
• Minimum 2+ years of team handling experience in B2B inside sales
. • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent understanding of B2B sales processes and client relationship management
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
