Business Development Intern

As a Business Development Associate Intern, you will play a vital role in driving the company’s growth by reaching out to potential students, colleges, and partners. You’ll learn how to pitch services, manage leads, and close deals — gaining real-time exposure to how businesses scale in the EdTech sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential leads through calls, emails, and social platforms.

• Explain our training programs, internships, and placement assistance to students and college representatives.

• Schedule and coordinate counseling sessions, webinars, or campus events.

• Maintain proper follow-up with leads and update CRM/Excel reports regularly.

• Assist the business development team in achieving weekly and monthly targets.

• Support marketing campaigns, outreach drives, and college collaborations.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.

• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Enthusiastic to learn and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
