Assistant Manager – Insurance Sales & Relationships

The Opportunity
Are you a high-energy sales professional tired of the rigid, traditional insurance grind? We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join a venture-backed Insurtech startup that is simplifying healthcare for thousands. This is a "boots-on-the-ground" role where you will drive growth by building high-impact relationships with partners and customers.
What You’ll Do
Drive Sales: Own your territory and achieve sales targets through aggressive partner engagement and direct customer relationships.
Build Partnerships: Identify and onboard new business partners to expand the client’s footprint in Delhi/Mumbai.
Pitch & Present: Conduct compelling product presentations and sales meetings to showcase our tech-enabled insurance solutions.
End-to-End Ownership: From identifying a lead to ensuring smooth policy processing and providing after-sales support.
Who You Are
Experienced: 2–5 years in Insurance Sales or BFSI (Field sales experience is a huge plus).
Expert Communicator: You can explain complex insurance products in simple, persuasive terms.
The "Hustle": You are willing to travel within your city to meet partners and close deals.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Health Insurance products is highly preferred.
