Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our real estate firm (Techberry Infotech Pvt Ltd. Sister Concern-PROPBOOK) in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team in driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through various channels including online platforms, social media, cold calling, and references
Identify and qualify potential customers interested in residential/commercial real estate
Maintain and update lead database and CRM systems regularly
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-ups
Conduct initial client interactions to understand requirements and budget
Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team
Track, analyze, and report lead generation performance
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
1–2 years of experience in lead generation, preferably in real estate
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of the real estate market
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Preferred:
