We're hiring Inside Sales Executives who are cold calling specialists to drive doctor onboarding and hospital partnerships. You'll be the frontline revenue generator, converting prospects into active users through consultative selling and relationship building.

Lead Generation & Cold Calling
Make 80-100+ outbound calls daily to doctors and hospital decision-makers Build pipeline of qualified leads through proactive prospecting Research and identify target accounts (hospitals, clinics, individual practitioners)
Job Description - Inside Sales Executive 1 Navigate gatekeepers and reach key decision-makers Craft compelling opening statements and value propositions Sales & Conversion Qualify leads using BANT framework (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) Conduct product demonstrations and presentations over call/video Handle objections and articulate product value effectively
Move prospects through sales funnel: MQL → SQL → Demo → Opportunity → Closed Negotiate terms and close deals independently Achieve monthly sales targets and quotas Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with doctor community Conduct follow-ups and nurture long sales cycles Coordinate with operations team for seamless onboarding Gather customer feedback and market intelligence Manage CRM database and maintain accurate records
Requirements Must Have Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred) Experience: 1-3 years in B2B/B2C inside sales or cold calling roles

Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken & written)
Skills: Proven track record in cold calling and lead generation Strong phone presence and persuasive communication Objection handling and closing skills
CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
Availability: Willing to work from Vikhroli office
Good to Have Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or B2B tech sales Knowledge of consultative and solution selling Understanding of sales metrics and KPIs Experience with virtual demos and presentations Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven mindset Ability to work in fast-paced startup environment
