Business Development Executive

ob Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive business growth through direct client visits, dealer/distributor network expansion, and OEM product promotions.
The role involves B2B field sales, OEM coordination, and lead generation from both online platforms (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.) and on-ground activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit clients, dealers, institutions, and corporate offices for product presentations and sales meetings.

• Manage OEM product pricing, coordination, and tie-ups.

• Generate leads through field visits, references, and online platforms.

• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and handle deal negotiations.

• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure sales closures.

• Support dealers and distributors with product knowledge and training.

• Coordinate with the technical/installation team for smooth project execution.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• 1–3 years of experience in field/B2B sales preferred.

• Knowledge of AV, IT, or OEM products is an added advantage.

• Comfortable with client visits and frequent travel.

• Proficient in MS Office, email communication, and online portals (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.).
