Roles & Responsibilities:
Independently generate leads; no leads will be provided by the Head Office.
Only sales above ₹6.5 Lakhs (including tax) will be considered valid.
During the initial period, no sales targets are assigned; focus on learning processes, systems, and client interaction.
Report directly to the Branch Manager for updates, progress, and guidance.
Utilize in house software for estimations and client proposal support.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sustainable business.
Role requires 100% on-site work or working from oAice to generate leads effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Qualification: Graduate (any discipline).
Experience: 1–3 years of relevant sales experience.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for client interaction and follow-ups.
Proficient in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Lead Generation: Ability to independently source, qualify, and pursue leads.
Sales Skills: Understanding of sales processes, client handling, and estimation software.
