Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) with 2+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting the overall growth strategy of the company. If you have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a drive to achieve targets, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads through various channels (LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, etc.).

  • Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions and service offerings.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor landscape.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

  • Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and sales presentations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, technical, and product teams to fulfill client needs.

  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

  • Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and professional networking sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, or product-based offerings (preferred).

  • Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce) is a plus.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities.

  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the IT/tech industry or selling SaaS/AI-based solutions.

  • Familiarity with lead-generation strategies and digital sales automation tools.

  • Knowledge of proposal writing, RFP/RFI responses, and sales documentation.

  • Proven ability to contribute to revenue growth or meet sales KPIs.
