Job Title: Back Office Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Advise customers on tour packages, destinations, and pricing
Handle inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins
Customize tour plans based on client preferences and budget
Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and vendors
Confirm bookings and prepare travel documents
Follow up with clients before and after travel
Requirements & Skills:
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
Knowledge of travel destinations and tour packages
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM)
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
