Store Assistant

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Store Assistant to manage textile inventory efficiently. The role involves handling fabric stocks, maintaining accurate records in Excel, and ensuring proper storage and issue of materials. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, and experienced in inventory management within the textile industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

• Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.

• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.

• Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures.

• Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize stock levels based on demand forecasts.

Order Fulfillment:

• Supervise the order picking and packing process to meet e-commerce order fulfillment targets.

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders.

• Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize shipping and delivery processes

Warehouse Organization:

• Maintain a well-organized and clean warehouse environment for optimal efficiency.

• Implement and improve warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize space utilization.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

• having 2 Years of experience in b2c

• Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in an e-commerce setting.

• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and e-commerce platforms.

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Preffered candidate from Garment Textile store handling.
