We are seeking a performance-driven E-commerce Account Manager to oversee and manage multiple online marketplace accounts including Amazon, Flipkart, Moglix, L&T Sufin, Snapdeal, JioMart, and IndustryBuying. The role involves end-to-end account handling—cataloging, operations, advertising, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketplace Account Management
Manage seller accounts across multiple platforms: Amazon, Flipkart, Moglix, L&T Sufin, Snapdeal, JioMart, and IndustryBuying
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations including listings, pricing, and stock updates
Maintain account health metrics and compliance with marketplace policies
2. Product Listing & Catalog Management
Create and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images)
Handle bulk uploads, catalog corrections, and variation listings
Ensure SEO-friendly content to improve visibility and ranking
3. Inventory & Order Management
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/production teams
Avoid stock-outs and overstock situations
Ensure timely order processing, dispatch, and delivery tracking
4. Advertising & Promotions
Plan and execute advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.)
Manage PPC campaigns, bids, budgets, and ROI tracking
Run deals, discounts, and promotional campaigns to boost sales
5. Sales Growth & Performance Analysis
Analyze sales data, traffic, and conversion rates
Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies
Prepare regular MIS reports and performance dashboards
6. Customer Service & Feedback Management
Monitor customer queries, reviews, and ratings
Resolve issues promptly to maintain high seller ratings
Work on improving product reviews and reducing returns
7. Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, marketing)
Maintain regular reports on sales, inventory, and campaign performance
Suggest improvements based on data insights
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of major e-commerce platforms and B2B marketplaces
Hands-on experience with seller panels (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.)
Knowledge of PPC advertising and marketplace algorithms
Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic analytics)
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B marketplaces like Moglix, L&T Sufin, IndustryBuying
Familiarity with ERP/inventory management systems
Basic understanding of digital marketing
