We are looking for a confident, sales-driven and fashion-savvy professional to join our ethnic and bridalwear boutique. The primary focus of this role is customer handling, sales conversion, and ensuring timely completion of client orders, along with assisting in design coordination.
The ideal candidate should be excellent at styling clients, closing sales, taking custom orders, and managing follow-ups to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Handling (Primary Role):
-Welcome and attend walk-in customers at the boutique.
-Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable outfits, styling, and customization options.
-Convert inquiries into confirmed sales and custom orders.
-Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize order value through upselling.
Order Management & Coordination:
-Prepare order sheets and communicate requirements clearly to the tailoring/production team.
-Coordinate with tailors, karigars, and vendors for timely completion of orders.
-Track order progress and ensure deadlines are met.
-Schedule trials, fittings, and alterations.
-Handle follow-ups with customers until final delivery.
-Ensure high-quality finishing and customer satisfaction.
