Shop Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Shop Manager to independently handle day-to-day operations of our surgical retail store. The role involves managing inventory, sales, and ensuring smooth functioning of the shop.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management

Maintain stock levels of surgical and medical supplies

Track expiry dates and ensure proper storage

Handle purchase orders and coordinate with vendors/suppliers

Sales & Customer Service

Attend to walk-in customers and provide product guidance

Generate bills and manage POS/cash handling

Maintain excellent service and professional communication

Shop Operations

Open/close the shop

Ensure display and product arrangement

Maintain daily sales and inventory records

Handle basic administrative tasks and reporting

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred

Prior experience in retail/medical store/surgical shop is an advantage

Basic computer knowledge (billing & inventory software)

Strong communication and customer-handling skills

Responsible, trustworthy, and able to work independently

Joining: Immediate preferred
