Job Title: Showroom Sales Executive – Diamond Jewellery

Industry: Gold & Diamond Jewellery Retail

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive with experience in diamond jewellery retail sales. The ideal candidate should have strong product knowledge of diamonds, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide a premium shopping experience to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers entering the showroom in a professional and friendly manner.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable diamond jewellery products.

Explain diamond quality (cut, clarity, carat, color—4Cs), certifications, and pricing clearly.

Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

Maintain strong follow-ups with walk-in and existing customers.

Handle billing, invoicing, and basic POS operations.

Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and presentation of jewellery in the showroom.

Assist customers with customization orders and coordinate with internal teams.

Build long-term relationships to generate repeat and referral business.

Stay updated with the latest diamond trends, designs, and pricing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in diamond jewellery retail sales.

Strong understanding of diamond grading and certification (IGI/GIA preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Presentable personality with a customer-first approach.

Ability to handle high-value transactions with honesty and integrity.

Basic computer knowledge and billing software experience.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Prior experience in a reputed gold/diamond jewelry showroom.

Target-driven and result-oriented.

Ability to work on weekends and festive seasons.

Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
