Job Title: Business Development Consultant – Retail & Promoter ManagementRole ObjectiveTo drive acquisition and onboarding of retail clients who hire promoters for assisted selling, by pitching end-to-end promoter management solutions, presenting commercials, and converting opportunities into long-term business.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition & Business DevelopmentIdentify, prospect, and onboard retail brands across categories such as Fashion, Jewellery, Electronics, Consumer Durables, FMCG, Beauty, etc.Target clients who require in-store promoters / RSOs / assisted selling manpower.Generate new business through cold outreach, references, meetings, and industry networking.Build a strong sales pipeline and track opportunities from lead to closure.Solution Pitching & Consultative SellingPitch end-to-end promoter management solutions including:Hiring & onboardingTraining & groomingDeployment & rosteringAttendance, payroll & compliancePerformance monitoring & reportingUnderstand client pain points and propose customized solutions aligned to their retail operations.Conduct presentations, solution walkthroughs, and proposal discussions with decision-makers.Experience4–8 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition.Proven experience selling to retail brands.Prior exposure to any of the following is highly preferred:Promoter management / retail staffingManpower outsourcingField sales / activation agenciesRetail operations or managed servicesSkills & CompetenciesStrong solution-selling and consultative sales mindset.Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.Comfortable discussing commercials, costing, and margins.Ability to engage CXOs, retail heads, HR, procurement, and operations teams.Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
