nventory Control: Receive, unload, inspect, and safely store incoming materials, checking against purchase orders (PO) for damage or discrepancies.
Material Issuance: Issue materials to site workers based on authorized requisitions (Material Issue Vouchers), ensuring proper documentation.
Record Keeping: Maintain daily inward/outward registers, inventory databases, and material received reports (MRR).
Site Management: Organize the store layout, maintain cleanliness, and implement safety protocols.
Stock Monitoring: Track inventory levels, prevent shortages, and report on slow-moving or damaged stock.
Coordination: Liaise with procurement, site engineers, and vendors for timely material delivery and reconciliation
