Retail Sales Executive

Customer Experience & Bridal Styling

• Provide one-on-one bridal consultations to understand wedding functions, preferences, budget, and timelines.

• Guide brides in selecting bridal lehengas, sarees, gowns, trousseau, and accessories.

• Suggest styling options including dupatta draping, blouse designs, and jewellery coordination.

• Build emotional connect and trust with brides and families for long-term relationship building.

Sales & Revenue

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for bridal wear and add-on sales.

• Upsell and cross-sell products such as jewellery, dupattas, veils, and customization services.

• Handle high-value transactions professionally and confidently.

• Convert walk-in bridal inquiries into confirmed orders.

Order Management & Coordination

• Record accurate measurements and customization requirements.

• Coordinate with design, tailoring, and production teams for fittings and alterations.

• Track order status, trial schedules, and delivery timelines.

• Ensure timely delivery and flawless handover of bridal outfits.

Store Operations

• Maintain presentation of bridal displays, mannequins, and trial rooms.

• Ensure bridal inventory is handled carefully and stored properly.

• Update customer data, bridal appointments, and follow-ups in records/CRM.

• Support store events, trunk shows, exhibitions, and bridal promotions.

Customer Follow-Up & Relationship Management

• Follow up with brides for trials, feedback, and final fittings.

• Handle customer queries, concerns, and post-sale service professionally.

• Encourage repeat visits, referrals, and positive brand word-of-mouth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–10 years of experience in bridal wear / ethnic wear / luxury retail sales.

• Strong understanding of Indian bridal fashion, wedding functions, and trends.

• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle emotional, high-expectation bridal clients with patience.

• Sales-driven mindset with attention to detail.

• Presentable personality with a keen sense of styling and aesthetics.

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 3 - 6 years of experience.
