We're looking for a dedicated Counter Sales Associate to work at one of our bustling food counters. You'll be the face of our brand, serving customers with a smile and making sure every person has a great experience.

​Key Responsibilities:

• ​Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and serve them delicious momos and other items from our menu.
• ​Product Knowledge: Learn our menu inside and out, including the different types of momos, sauces, and beverages we offer, to answer customer questions confidently.
• ​Cash and Transactions: Handle cash and card transactions with care and precision using our point-of-sale system.
• ​Food Preparation & Hygiene: Assist with basic food prep tasks, such as steaming momos and preparing sauces. Maintain a clean and hygienic work area, following all food safety guidelines.
• ​Sales & Promotion: Actively suggest add-ons like drinks or extra sauces to increase sales. Inform customers about any special offers or new menu items.
• ​Inventory & Stocking: Monitor stock levels of momos, sauces, and packaging materials. Communicate with the team to ensure the counter is always well-stocked.

​Job Requirements:

• ​Experience: While previous experience is a plus, we welcome candidates with 0-6 years of experience. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are what we value most.
• ​Education: No formal education is required. We believe in your passion for people and food.
• ​Skills:
• ​Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• ​Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• ​Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
• ​Reliable and punctual.
