We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding.
Utilize various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, headhunting, campus drives) to attract the right talent.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s image as an employer of choice.
Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
