Job Description:
We are looking for a fresher recruiter who is interested in learning and building a career in HR recruitment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Understand job requirements from the team

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals

  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews

  • Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers

  • Maintain candidate data and recruitment records

Eligibility:

  • Any graduate / MBA (HR preferred)

  • Good communication skills

  • Basic knowledge of recruitment is an added advantage

  • Willingness to learn and grow
