🎯 Role Overview
The Training Manager & Support will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing training programs across all company verticals including Sales, Operations, Compliance, Customer Support, and Franchise Partners.
This role ensures that every team member, partner, and franchise operates efficiently, follows compliance standards (PESO, safety, SOPs), and delivers consistent service quality.
Additionally, the role includes operational support, performance tracking, and coordination with departments to maintain high productivity standards.
🧾 Key Responsibilities
1. Training & Development
Develop structured training modules for:
Fuel handling safety
PESO compliance basics
Operational SOPs
Sales & customer handling
CRM & dashboard usage
Conduct induction training for new employees.
Create franchise & partner training programs.
Develop training manuals, SOP documents, and presentation decks.
Organize refresher training sessions every quarter.
Evaluate training effectiveness through performance metrics.
2. Operational Support
Act as internal support system for all departments.
Resolve performance gaps through targeted coaching.
Assist franchise partners with process clarification.
Support CRM, dashboard, and reporting training.
Coordinate between Sales, Operations & HR teams.
3. Performance Monitoring
Track employee productivity and training effectiveness.
Maintain training records and compliance logs.
Identify skill gaps and recommend improvements.
Monitor franchise performance and report deviations.
Submit weekly and monthly performance reports to management.
4. Documentation & Process Control
Develop SOPs for all departments.
Standardize operational procedures.
Maintain updated training materials.
Create video training scripts and manuals for partners.
Ensure process consistency across locations.
🎓 Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree (MBA/HR/Operations preferred).
· 6 years experience in Training, HR, or Operations.
· Strong knowledge of compliance-driven industries (fuel/logistics preferred).
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Strong coordination & leadership abilities.
· Ability to travel for field training if required.
· Strong documentation & reporting skills.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand
