Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection)
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
Manage onboarding and induction programs for new employees
Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries
Support grievance handling and conflict resolution
Promote a positive and inclusive work culture
HR Operations
Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases
Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and exit letters
Handle attendance, leave management, and HRMIS updates
Payroll & Compliance
Coordinate with payroll teams for salary processing
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements
Support audits and statutory filings
Performance Management & Training
Assist in performance appraisal processes
Coordinate training and development programs
Track training effectiveness and employee development needs
Exit Management
Conduct exit formalities and interviews
Ensure full and final settlements are processed smoothly
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in an HR role (freshers may apply depending on organization)
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
