Recruiter

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to support our recruitment process. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates to fulfill organizational hiring needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements in coordination with hiring managers

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers

• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers

• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

• Assist in offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding activities

• Ensure timely closure of open positions

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout the recruitment cycle

Skills & Competencies

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines

• Strong organizational and coordination skills

• Basic understanding of recruitment processes

• Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and job portals

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Educational Qualification

• Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Management, or related field

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
