Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Handle employee engagement, grievance management, and performance appraisals.

• Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.

• Assist management in workforce planning, training, and talent development.

• Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with company values.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven experience (1–2 years for Executive role) in Human Resources.

• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
