We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the human resources function, develop HR strategies, and ensure effective people management across Rainbow International School. The role involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, HR policies, performance management, and compliance.
### Key Responsibilities• Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across academic and non-academic roles.
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices
.• Manage employee lifecycle including onboarding, training, performance appraisals, promotions, and exits.
• Oversee payroll, attendance, leave management, and HR compliance.
• Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and foster a positive workplace culture
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and professional development plans
.• Ensure adherence to labor laws and maintain statutory compliance
.• Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6–8 years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role (experience in schools or educational institutions preferred).
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and people management practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, make strategic decisions, and work in a fast-paced environment.
