Profile : Senior HR Executive \ Recruitment Specialist   
Industry: BFSI, Fintech, Corporate & IT Recruitment
Location: Khopat, Thane West
Interview Process: 1 Round – Face to Face
Salary Budget: Up to 6 LPA 
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Work Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for BFSI, Fintech, Corporate & IT roles

• Work on mid to senior-level positions, including leadership mandates

• Understand client requirements and deliver quality profiles

• Source candidates via job portals, referrals, networking, and direct search

• Conduct screening, interviews, and coordination

• Manage client and stakeholder relationships

• Ensure follow-ups, closures, and post-offer engagement

• Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year of relevant BFSI hiring experience (mandatory)

• Experience in mid/senior-level recruitment preferred

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements

• Immediate joiner preferred (within 1 week)
