HR Recruiter

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process — from understanding hiring requirements to onboarding new employees. You will play a key role in ensuring we attract, select, and retain top talent that aligns with our company’s goals and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.

• Understand job requirements and develop effective job descriptions.

• Use multiple hiring channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.) to attract candidates.

• Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability.

• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.

• Coordinate with department heads and HR team for timely closure of open positions.

• Handle onboarding formalities and assist in new employee orientation.

• Support HR operations as needed (attendance tracking, documentation, etc.).

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment.

• Gender Preference: Male candidates preferred.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.

• Hands-on experience with MS Excel, job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), and applicant tracking systems.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
