Key Responsibilities:
Office Management: Supervising Routine maintenance, ensuring efficient resource management and maintaining a productive work environment.
Record Keeping and Compliance: Maintaining organized records, ensuring compliance with policies, and managing documentation.
Communication: Managing emails, and internal communications.
Procurement and Supply Management: Handling procurement of office supplies, vendor relationships, and office equipment maintenance.
Document Preparation: Assisting in preparing reports, updating records, and other documents.
Problem Solving: Resolving day to day administrative issues and ensuring smooth office operations.
Required Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Candidate should have 2 wheeler.
