Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing & onboarding

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs

• Manage job postings and candidate databases

• Conduct initial interviews and schedule further rounds

• Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation

• Maintain hiring reports and track recruitment metrics

Reporting to HOD HR

Skill Set

• Strong communication & coordination skills

• Familiarity with job portals & sourcing techniques

• Proficiency in MS Office

Education Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field

Experience Required

0–2 years of recruitment experience
