Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned requirements
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders and clients
Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and MIS reports
Ensure timely follow-ups and closures as per hiring timelines
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
good communication skill required
Calling experience will be bonus
