Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
Oversee employee relations, engagement, and grievance handling
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements
Manage performance appraisal and talent development programs
Handle compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and HR budgeting
Drive employee retention and succession planning
Lead HR operations including onboarding, exit management, and HR MIS
Act as a bridge between management and employees
