The HR Executive will be responsible for managing talent and workforce HR operations, including engineers, supervisors, technical staff, managers, and office teams. The role ensures timely hiring, structured onboarding, performance governance, statutory compliance coordination, and organisational continuity.
This position focuses on HR governance, compliance oversight, and reporting, and may expand beyond the scope listed below based on organisational needs.
Draft, update, and communicate HR policies and manuals
Maintain complete, accurate, and audit-ready employee records
Coordinate induction, training, and performance documentation
Prepare HR MIS reports and dashboards
Track manpower cost, attrition trends, and compliance status
Support talent and manpower planning across roles and departments
Track vacancies, hiring progress, and deployment status
Assist in workforce continuity and optimisation planning
Prepare and update Job Descriptions for all organisational roles
Source candidates for professional, technical, and managerial positions
Coordinate interviews with functional and technical heads
Manage structured onboarding and induction processes
Support technical, safety, and leadership training programs
Register employees under PF / ESIC
Maintain staff, labour, and contractor registers
Process attendance and payroll inputs
Manage incentives, deductions, and salary-related queries
Coordinate statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, payslips, returns)
Maintain audit-ready HR and compliance records
Assist in defining and tracking performance metrics
Coordinate performance reviews with team leaders and department heads
Issue warning letters for misconduct or non-performance
Support disciplinary actions and termination processes
Conduct exit interviews and support final settlement (FNF)
Support internal promotions and role progression
Assist in identifying, building, and developing second-line / backup resources
Help preserve organisational knowledge and reduce avoidable attrition
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Management, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in HR operations
Exposure to construction / contracting / manpower-intensive environments preferred
Strong coordination and follow-up discipline
Sound understanding of PF, ESIC, and labour compliance
Structured documentation and reporting capability
Clear communication and people-handling skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment
English: Mandatory (reading, writing, speaking)
Marathi: Mandatory (reading and speaking)
Not a purely clerical or payroll-only role
Not a passive coordination role
Requires ownership, discipline, and execution mindset
