Source profiles through Naukri
LinkedIn, referrals & consultants
Schedule and coordinate interviews
Manage offer follow-ups
Prepare and issue offer & appointment letters,
Handle joining and onboarding formalities
Excel / MIS / HR Support, Maintain recruitment MIS and trackers in Excel, Prepare headcount, vacancy and joining reports
Maintain employee master data, attendance and payroll inputs, Coordinate with payroll and accounts teams
Required Skills
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Strong command over MS Excel
•Ability to manage multiple positions and tight deadlines
•Experience in bulk hiring preferred
